Natasha made a dairy-free birthday cake for my daughter and you genuinely couldn't tell. She finally got the same cake as everyone else.
From a kitchen built for our own kids.
Birch and Berries grew out of a real-life problem. Two of my three children were born with allergies — dairy, nuts, and eggs — and I wanted them to enjoy the same childhood treats I devoured as a child.
So I taught myself how to bake them properly: brownies that don't need eggs to stay fudgy, cakes that don't need dairy to stay tender. The neighbours started catching the smell. Then they started ordering. And here we are.
Every order still gets the same care: I personally call you to talk through dietary needs when they come up, and every single bake is made fresh from the order in.
